•  The Indian Government and the World Bank have signed an agreement for MSME Emergency Response Programme worth USD 750 million. The agreement aims at supporting an increased flow of finance to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.

•  Injeti Srinivas has been appointed as a Chairman of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet. The news was confirmed through an official notice released on July 6, 2020.
•  In response to the directions by ICMR, the maximum number of the institutes have started the subject enrolment process for the first phase of the human trial for the COVID-19 vaccine from July 7, 2020.

• इनजेटी श्रीनिवास को कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा केंद्र प्राधिकरण (IFSCA) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। 6 जुलाई, 2020 को जारी एक आधिकारिक नोटिस के माध्यम से इस खबर की पुष्टि की गई थी।
• ICMR द्वारा निर्देशों के जवाब में, संस्थानों की अधिकतम संख्या ने 7 जुलाई, 2020 से COVID-19 वैक्सीन के लिए मानव परीक्षण के पहले चरण के लिए विषय नामांकन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
