Deputy General Manager (Administration) PB-3 (₹ 15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600 /- (equivalent to Level 12 in Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC)
Manager (Administration) PB-3 (₹ 15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.6600 /- (equivalent to Level 11 in Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC)
Assistant Manager (Administration) PB-2 (₹ 9300- 34800) with Grade Pay Rs.4800/- (equivalent to Level 8 in Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC)

Required Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification (शैक्षणिक योग्यता):-

Name of the posts Qualification
General Manager (Administration) (i) Degree of a recognized University/Institute; AND
(ii) 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (equivalent to Level 10 in Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC) or equivalent or higher out of which five years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.
Deputy General Manager (Administration) (i) Degree of a recognized University/Institute; AND
(ii) 9 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (equivalent to Level 10 in Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC) or equivalent or higher, out of which four years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.
Manager (Administration) (i) Degree of a recognized University/ Institute; AND
(ii) At least four years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.
Assistant Manager (Administration) (i) Degree of a recognized University/ Institute; AND
(ii) At least three years of experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

Age Limit (आयु सीमा):-
– Applicants Age Limit Must be within 56 years.
