•  US was the world’s largest recipient of FDI (foreign direct investment) in 2019 with $251 billion. India was the world’s 9th largest recipient at $51 billion in 2019.
•  The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) approved USD 750 million worth loan to India on June 17, 2020. The fund granted will be used by the Indian government to strengthen the battle against the impact of COVID-19 on the poor and vulnerable.

• केंद्रीय कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत और पेंशन राज्य मंत्री डॉ। जितेंद्र सिंह द्वारा “जन शिकायतों पर प्रतिक्रिया कॉल केंद्र” शुरू किया गया है।

• महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने तीन चीनी कंपनियों सहित 12 अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फर्मों के साथ 16000 करोड़ रुपये के समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। अकेले तीनों चीनी कंपनियों के निवेश से 5000 करोड़ रु।
• “ई-ऑफिस” एप्लिकेशन को सीबीआईसी के अध्यक्ष द्वारा भारत भर के 500 से अधिक सीजीएसटी और सीमा शुल्क कार्यालयों में केंद्रीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड की आंतरिक कार्यालय प्रक्रियाओं को स्वचालित करने के लिए लॉन्च किया गया है।
• तेलंगाना सरकार ने आपदा और सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य आपातकाल की स्थिति में किसी भी व्यक्ति, कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों को भुगतान के लिए विशेष प्रावधान करने के लिए अध्यादेश लाने का आदेश दिया है।

• म्यांमार की सरकार ने म्यावाड्डी के उत्तर में लगभग 15 किमी दूर करेन राज्य में चीन के समर्थन से किए जा रहे एक मेगासिटी प्रोजेक्ट के निर्माण की जांच के लिए एक न्यायाधिकरण का गठन किया है।
